ARTISTS: Are you an artist? Are you a people person? Are you interested in teaching a lively group of adults how to paint a simple, yet interesting piece of art? RESTAURANT/BAR: Do you own or manage a restaurant and are looking to increase traffic on a slow evening? If so, please contact us & we'll bring a group of sophisticated people to your venue to enjoy cocktails, food, and a memorable evening in your establishment. * You must have a designated area for a group of a minimum of 15 to maximum 30 adults.
* A wait staff person designated for the A Toast 2 Artistry Group is recommended.
* Tables & chairs that can be used for our group.
* An area that can be closed off is most desirable, but we are open to other options.

Cancellation Policy
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation for a scheduled event?
We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule. We can reschedule your session if you give us 48 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to fill your spot. If you contact us less than 48 hours from the beginning of your event, or register but do not show up, there are no refunds.

What if I need to cancel a Private Party?
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to refund your deposit. If you book your event less than 14 days from the date of event, there are NO refunds. Cancellations must be made via email at Allthingspinkevents@tgmail.com. Someone will email you back with information about your refund.

Will we be notified if A Toast 2 Artistry needs to cancel an event?
Yes! If a minimum of 10 painters per event is not met, we reserve the right to cancel that paint party. Registrants will be notified via email. We do our best to give registrants 24 hours notice in advance of a cancellation.
A Toast 2 Artistry reserves the right to cancel sessions due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, e-mail notification will be sent at least 3 hours prior to the paint party. If in doubt as to whether we will cancel due to bad weather, visit our website (we will post this whenever possible) or email Allthingspinkevents@gmail.com to check the status.
You will receive a 100% refund for events canceled by A Toast 2 Artistry.

I don't drink liquor but I see there is a 2 drink minimum included or to purchase, can I still participate? Of course! We understand that not everyone drinks alcohol. Please feel free to email us and we will work out the details with the location.

They have no knowledge of A Toast 2 Artistry policies and will not be able to assist you properly. We would hate for you to be misinformed.
